Protect the Mind.
Our own thought process can be our worst enemy. I firmly believe that we constantly need to remind ourselves to not let our thoughts get the best of us. It is so easy to allow our thoughts to change our whole perspective on a situation. Thoughts take us out of our reality. Thoughts destroy our self-esteem. Everything just fit.
They asked me how I’m doing. He gave me a big hug, kissed me on the head and told me he loved me. She told me it was good to have me home. Too sweet.
Honestly, it’d be easier if we were all passive towards each other. Instead they continue to love me unconditionally. And every time it reminds me that it could have been so easy.

Oh, Valentines Day.
I continue to celebrate this holiday without a valentine. And quite frankly I’m completely fine with it.
